Description

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Mazzamurello comes from vineyards grown in organic farming, with great care for the soil and the ecosystem and without the use of substances harmful to the environment.

It is produced with pure Montepulciano grapes and vinified according to the classic canons, combined with a modern style. It is aged for 20-22 months in new barriques, on the fine lees.

Mazzamurello is a wine with an intense ruby red color, with deep and pleasant hints that bring out fruity, spicy and balsamic notes. The taste is rich, velvety and soft, with a subtle tannins, decidedly fresh and sapid. Overall it is a wine with a remarkable structure, with a very long finish and great persistence.

Particularly suitable in combination with grilled sheep and pork, it is perfect to accompany fine red meats and aged cheeses.
