Description
Antonelli's Montefalco Grechetto comes from the area of Todi dei Colle Martani, within the territory of Montefalco.
It is the result of only Grechetto grapes, harvested by hand at the end of September. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine ages on its lees for 3 months, then in bottle for a further 3 months.
It presents itself at the sight of a deep straw yellow color. On the nose it expresses fresh and elegant fruity sensations, in which citrus fruits and yellow peach prevail, which are accompanied by floral aromas of almond and hawthorn. In the taste there is a lot of structure but also a lot of freshness.
Perfect in the company of seafood appetizers and fresh cheeses, it is ideally paired with rustic cakes as well as soups with legumes and cereals.
