Description
Adanti's Montefalco Grechetto is produced from different vineyard plots located in the province of Perugia, in Umbria.
It is made up of pure Grechetto grapes, which undergo pressing followed by static cold decantation of the must for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages for 4 months.
It has a deep straw yellow colour. The nose expresses a bouquet with aromas of peach, almonds and hay. In the mouth it has a good body, it is soft and balanced.
Ideal as an accompaniment to roast fish.
