Description
The White Label is the descendant of the school of Giulio Magnani, an ancient winemaker from Montecarlo who explored the cellars of France to extract their secrets and winemaking techniques, from which he also brought cuttings of international vines to be added to Trebbiano to make it more elegant, soft and fragrant.
In particular, it is a blend of Tuscan Trebbiano with Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Malvasia grapes, which ferments separately in steel at controlled temperature. After assembly, it refines its aromatic kit in steel containers.
Straw yellow wine, it offers intense aromas of orange blossom accompanied by elegant notes of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth fresh and lively, it conquers for flavour and balance.
Suitable with vegetable and seafood appetizers, it goes well with cold cuts and seafood.
