Description
Barbera Montej Rosso by Villa Sparina is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Cortese, on the slopes of Monterotondo.
It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, harvested during the month of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 2 weeks. The wine then ages for 4 months partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques before being bottled.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. An intense and persistent fruity bouquet opens on the nose. On the palate it is pleasantly round, with a fruity length of flavor.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal when paired with roasts and mature cheeses.
