Description

Momus beer is a Strong Ale dedicated by the Brùton brewery to the great Giacomo Puccini. Momus is in fact the name of the café in Paris where the entire second act of La Bohème takes place.

This beer has an amber color, with a fine and persistent foam. The nose offers sweet fruit notes, with hints of citrus and candied fruit. In the mouth, caramel and chestnut honey dominate the scene, accompanying a large body with a balanced sensation of warmth.

Momus is perfect with important dishes based on red meats, game, roasts and stewed meats.
