Description
This Riserva di Tor del Colle red wine is a tribute to the beauty of the ruins that dominate the territory from above.
The wine is produced in Molise from 100% Montepulciano grapes, which are de-stemmed and fermented with a maceration of 7–8 days. Both fermentations take place in steel vats, while the ageing lasts 24 months, of which at least 6 are spent in wooden barrels.
Intense ruby red colour, the wine is expressed on the nose with aromas of red and black fruit, with ethereal notes at the end. The taste is full-bodied and harmonious, with a slightly tannic finish.
Ideal accompaniment to cold cuts, roasted red or white meats and noble poultry.
