Description
The Aglianico del Molise Contado Riserva di Di Majo Norante was born in vineyards located in Ramitello, in the heart of Molise.
It is produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes, harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 30 days. Subsequently, the wine ages partly in barriques and partly in steel tanks, and for a further period in the bottle, before being released on the market.
It is characterized by a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly velvety and harmonious, with a good tannic body.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with game, red meats and aged cheeses.
