Description

Miyagikyo is a single malt whiskey from the historic Nikka distillery, located in Sendai, Japan, which ages in oak barrels that previously contained sherry.

Nikka's Miyagikyo wears a bright amber color. On the nose it is expressed with aromas of dried fruit and spices, enriched with pleasant floral hints in the finish. Wide and complex on the palate, it proves pleasantly sweet and fruity.

Ideal to be enjoyed straight or paired with fine chocolates, cheeses and desserts. Also excellent for relaxing and enjoying a nice evening.
