Description

Hartmann Donà's Granit Liquid Stone red wine was born in South Tyrol, in the province of Bolzano. The vineyard, over 35 years old, is located at the beginning of the Val d'Ultimo, south-west of Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively from Schiava grapes, which are destemmed and pressed, to then be vinified in wooden barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in wooden barrels for 9 months, followed by a few months in the bottle.<

Upon visual examination it has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of berries, cherry and mineral hints. The taste is round and structured, with tannins present and well integrated and with a persistent finish.

The wine goes well with stewed meats, both beef and game.
