Description

Verde is an artisanal Mezcal produced in Mexico, made from 100% espadin agave, which takes seven years to reach maturity. This spirit is distinguished by the use of three different types of wood in the cooking process, giving it a unique and particularly smoky profile. Every year, the labels are entrusted to different Mexican artists, creating a limited edition collection, while the liquid maintains consistency in all expressions.

The production of Verde follows traditional artisanal methods, with a natural fermentation of the agave. This process respects the age-old practices of Mezcal production, ensuring a high-quality and accessible product, in line with the philosophy of the Mezcal Amaras project.

On the nose, Verde has a strong note of smoke with earthy and peppery hints. On the palate it is soft and creamy, initially sweet with earthy and sandalwood notes, accompanied by a surprising note of ripe peach. The finish is acrid and smoky, with a note of pepper that leads to a spicy aftertaste.

Perfect to be enjoyed alone to appreciate its nuances, or paired with spicy Mexican dishes.
