Description

This Meursault by Antoine Jobard expresses the quintessence of the denomination, produced from vineyards aged between 16 and 50 years, rooted in clay-limestone soils which give the wine an extraordinary complexity and timeless elegance.

The manual harvest of only Chardonnay grapes is carried out by carefully selecting the bunches at the optimal point of ripeness, guaranteeing the integrity of the fruit and its most authentic expression. After delicate pressing using a pneumatic press, the must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts inside French oak barrels. The wine always matures in oak barrels, partially new, for 20-24 months depending on the vintage.

Straw yellow in colour, on the nose it offers sensations of yellow pulp fruit which are accompanied by enveloping mineral notes. On the palate it is pure elegance, rich in its material quality and punctuated by inviting fruity hints.

Ideal to serve with fish-based dishes or with a refined seafood recipe.
