Description
The Paraje Altamira from the Tito Zuccardi company is a blend made with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ancellota and Caladoc in the Uco Valley near Mendoza.
With vineyards located at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, the harvesting and selection of the grapes is carried out manually and fermentation is carried out in concrete barrels and tanks with the use of indigenous yeasts. This is followed by a maceration in contact with the skins for 20 days.
Ruby red with purple reflections, it has hints of red fruits and well-integrated herbaceous notes. On the palate it is deep and of great structure, with a return of red fruits and herbs for a wide and harmonious sip that is a prelude to a persistent finish.
Ideal with grilled red meats, roast pork and pasta dishes served with ragout sauces.
