Description
Wine obtained from Malbec grapes harvested in selected vineyards in the upper part of Mendoza and on the east bank of the homonymous river.
The result of a manual harvesting of the bunches and a low temperature maceration on the skins, it ferments over 15 days at a temperature between 23 and 26 ° C, with a short passage in oak barrels. A spontaneously initiated malolactic fermentation follows with skill in its course.
Satisfy your sight with a dense and compact ruby red color. On the olfactory examination it reveals clear hints of red fruits with shades of violet. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with soft finish tannins.
It goes well with pasta dishes and grilled meats. Nor does it disdain spicy cuisine and cheeses, such as Gouda, Edam or Gruyere.
