Description
Wine born from a blend of Malbec grapes from selected areas of the province of Mendoza, Anchoris and Luján de Cuyo, from plants with at least 30 years of age.
The harvest took place with manual harvesting of the bunches. A cold maceration precedes the fermentation which takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C, with maceration for 21 days. Natural malolactic fermentation follows and aging in glass for at least 6 months.
Ruby red color, the nose is an irrepressible mix of complex aromas that recall red fruits and black pepper, combined with a sinuous vanilla trace originating from aging in oak barrels. It convinces on the palate thanks to its persuasive and balsamic qualities, with hints of eucalyptus and green pepper that persist until the finish.
At the table it proves to be the ideal complement to red meats such as beef and lamb.
