Description
Malbec Vive di Alta Vista is born in vineyards located in Mendoza, the most important wine growing area in Argentina.
It is produced entirely with Malbec grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel for 7 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C with maceration on the skins. Aging takes place for 25% in French oak barrels and for the remainder in steel tanks, for a total period of 6 months.
It has an intense ruby red color, with purple reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of red fruits and plums, enriched with notes of coffee powder and vanilla. On the palate it is fresh, young and of excellent persistence, with round tannins and fruity scents that predominate over the spicy counterpart.
Excellent to accompany traditional dishes of Argentine cuisine or a platter of cheeses and cold cuts.
