Description
Malbec di Septima is born in vineyards located on the gentle slopes of the wonderful Andes, in the famous Tupungato Valley, in the heart of the Mendoza region.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of October. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in contact with the selected yeasts. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with fresh aromas of cherries, strawberry jam, watermelon and red fruits, enriched with pleasant notes of rosemary. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly light.
Perfect to accompany pasta dishes such as pasta or rice salads, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
