Description
The Malbec Emblema from Septima is produced in vineyards located on the gentle slopes of the marvelous Andes, in the famous Tupungato Valley, in the heart of the Mendoza region.
It is made exclusively from Malbec grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of October. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Subsequently, the wine ages in barriques before being bottled.
It is characterized by a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it opens with fresh aromas of cherries, strawberry jam, watermelon, and red fruits, enriched by pleasant notes of rosemary. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly light.
Perfect for pairing with pasta or rice salads, it is ideal with aged cheeses.
