Description
Bodega Tempus Alba Rosé is a rosé wine produced entirely from Malbec grapes from vineyards located in Finca La Alborada, in the Anchoris region, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. The vines are approximately 24 years old, ensuring high quality fruit for winemaking.
After manual harvesting in plastic crates, the grapes undergo cold maceration for one night. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. A natural malolactic fermentation is also completed. The wine is then aged for at least 2 months before bottling to ensure its stability and aromatic complexity.
On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with notes of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by a delicate floral touch. The light acidity adds vivacity and persistence, making it pleasant and versatile, ideal to be enjoyed young.
It pairs perfectly with light dishes such as salads, grilled fish or appetizers based on fresh cheeses.
