Description

Malbec Vino de Marte from Baudron Winery is a red wine made from Malbec grapes grown in the Mendoza region of Argentina. This wine reflects the unique character of a mountain terroir that offers ideal conditions for optimal ripening of the grapes, giving intensity and complexity to the final result.

The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to cold maceration to preserve the fruity aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a period of aging in oak barrels, which adds structure and spicy notes to the wine without covering the fruity character of the grape variety.

On the nose it presents intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and plum, with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant acidity that balances the richness of the fruit. The finish is long and harmonious.

It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats or beef stews, enhancing the rich and succulent flavor of the meat.
