Description
Bodega Rolland's Malbec Val de Flores is born in vineyards located in the Valle de Uco, in the Mendoza region. La Bodega belongs to the famous French winemaker Michel Rolland.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes. The first fermentation takes place in barrique, while the malolactic takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine subsequently ages for 14 months.
It is characterized by a purple red color. The nose opens with aromas of cherry and blueberry, peppery and spicy notes. The taste is concentrated, with dense tannins and a long silky finish.
Perfect to accompany red meats and stewed and roasted game, savory first courses and aged cheeses.
