Description
Marraso's Malbec Daily is a young and authentic wine, produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina, using indigenous yeasts and with vegan certification. This Malbec with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes reflects the perfect communion between the hand of man and the wild nature of the Andes.
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in large baskets. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks using only native yeasts. After fermentation the wine is aged for 4 months in the same tanks, allowing the fruit to maintain its freshness and purity.
On the nose it releases intense aromas of plums and blackberries, with sweet and silky notes that are also felt on the palate. The entry into the mouth is soft, with velvety tannins and a balanced and persistent finish.
This red wine pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, such as grilled lamb or beef ribs, enhancing the rich flavors of the meat.
