Description
Bodega Rolland's Malbec Mariflor is born in vineyards located in the Valle de Uco, in the Mendoza region. La Bodega belongs to the famous French winemaker Michel Rolland.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes. The grapes are pressed in concrete tanks, while the malolactic takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine is subsequently refined for 15 months.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of blackberry and blueberry, toasted notes, pepper and licorice. The sip is concentrated, with velvety tannins and a long finish.
Perfect to accompany stewed red meats, savory first courses and aged cheeses.
