Description
Structura Ultra Gran Blend from Bodega Navarro Correas is a red wine that combines the best blends of each vintage in perfect harmony. The grapes, composed of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small part of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, come from vineyards located in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. The alluvial soils, rich in stones, silt and clay, give the wine a remarkable aromatic complexity and structure.
The harvest is done manually, followed by maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. The refinement continues for 18 months in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop a rich and well-structured profile.
On the nose, intense notes of black fruits, such as blackberries and ripe plums, accompanied by spices such as paprika and black pepper. On the palate, this wine is voluminous, with marked and sweet tannins, offering an imposing structure and a long finish with hints of fruit and toasted bread.
It is ideal to accompany meats with a good fat content and has an aging potential of up to 8 years.
