Description

The Escorihuela Gascón Chardonnay is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown in the vineyards of Agrelo, Mendoza. This wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes, harvested by hand to guarantee the highest quality.

The winemaking involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of aging in the same tanks. This process preserves the freshness and varietal characteristics of Chardonnay, offering a balanced and harmonious wine.

On the nose, Escorihuela Gascón Chardonnay presents notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple, orange skin, pears and apricots, with hints of honey and subtle hints of smoke. On the palate, it is fresh and tasty, with notes of apricot, honey and vanilla, a medium body and a finish reminiscent of honey, toasted almonds and butter.

This Chardonnay pairs perfectly with grilled fish and soft cheeses.
