Description
Navarro Correas Colección Privada Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in vineyards located in Perdriel and Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo), Tunuyán (Valle de Uco) and Barrancas (Maipú), in the province of Mendoza. This wine represents the elegance and Argentine winemaking tradition, the result of a careful selection of grapes harvested manually or mechanically.
Winemaking involves maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is natural and the wine matures for six months in contact with oak. The process ends with stabilization, filtration and bottling.
On the nose, the Navarro Correas Colección Privada Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of red fruit such as blackberry, red allspice and spices such as white pepper. On the palate, it has soft tannins with a good balance between fruit and sweetness, and a fresh and prolonged finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs perfectly with red meats and pasta or mature cheeses.
