Description
Achaval Ferrer's Cabernet Sauvignon is born in old vines located in the areas of Agrelo and Medrano, between 700 and 980 meters above sea level
It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, pressed and subsequently fermented for up to 4 days in concrete vats. The second fermentation takes place in oak barrels, followed by the ageing of the wine in French oak barrels for 10 months.
It is characterized by a purple red colour. The nose opens with aromas of cherry and red currant, mentholated, herbaceous and licorice notes. The sip is fresh, with strong tannins and a fairly persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers of fatty cured meats, baked pasta and red meats.
