Description

The Navarro Correas Colección Privada Blend is a wine that embodies the art of winemaking, produced with grapes from vineyards located in Luján de Cuyo, Valle de Uco and Maipú, in the province of Mendoza.

After the harvest, the bunches are selected and destemmed. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at temperatures between 24° and 26°C. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for six months in contact with oak, before being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Intense ruby red in color, this wine offers the nose aromas of red fruits such as cherry and plum, along with notes of spices. On the palate, it has sweet tannins and a juicy structure, with a prolonged and pleasant finish.

Perfect to accompany red meats, pastas and various cheeses.
