Description
Bodega Aleanna's El Enemigo Malbec comes from vineyards located in Tunuyàn, in the Uco valley, in the extraordinary region of Mendoza.
It is produced 89% with Malbec grapes, 6% with Cabernet Franc grapes and 5% with Petit Verdot grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 29 ° C for about 20 days, with a maceration of 30 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with aromas of black currant, enriched with pleasant hints of cassis and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate it is pleasantly concentrated, with a fruity aftertaste and high acidity.
Perfect to accompany game and roasts, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats.
