Description
Château Tour de Pez is a Cru Bourgeois from Médoc, precisely born within the borders of Saint-Estèphe, an area renowned for the production of high quality red wines.
Obtained from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, it is vinified in the traditional way in thermo-regulated steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months in order to enhance its elegance and acquire complexity.
With a deep ruby red color with violet hues, this wine releases aromas of raspberries and quince on the nose, supported by hints of menthol. Full and round, it is characterized by a tannic and velvety structure, pleasantly tense in the finish.
It is ideal for accompanying rich dishes with intense flavours, mushroom-based recipes and mature cheeses.
