Médoc AOC Cru Bourgeois 2020 Château Le Vieux Fort

Château Le Vieux Fort is located in Valeryac, in the northern part of Bordeaux, to the right of the Gironde estuary. The vineyard is divided into three plots, each of which brings the typicality of the soil of which it is composed to the final blend: some vines are planted on sandy and gravelly soils, others on clayey soils. The vinification takes place traditional in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks. For its quality it was classified Cru Bourgeois.

Ruby red color, opens on the nose on an elegant bouquet of ripe and candied fruit, enriched by light notes of toasted and menthol. Generous and fleshy in the mouth, it accompanies the drink with well integrated tannins.

Ideal for accompanying red beef and aged cheeses.
