Description

Château Labadie is a wine born in the Bordeaux region, in one of the most suitable and renowned areas for the production of exceptional wines and represents its essence. It is obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and is the result of an extreme care of the vineyard: the vineyards are treated with double guyot pruning and there is a green harvest.

Vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration in concrete tanks at controlled temperature and in stainless steel, to preserve aromas and color and ages for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

Ruby red in color with reflections tending towards garnet, the perfume is broadly expressed with hints of toasted bread, sweet and aromatic spices, figs and ripe fruit. On the palate it is generous and round, silky and with balanced tannins. The finish is long, persistent and aromatic.

It is the ideal companion to enhance main courses based on red meats, braised meats and beef stews. Excellent when paired with lamb.
