Description

Médoc Lègende R combines the thickness and tradition of the Rothschild family with the idea of a lighter wine, conceived for daily consumption.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested with rigorous selection and harvested at the perfect degree of ripeness. After fermentation, it ages for half in steel and half in oak barrels for 3 to 9 months.

At sight, it is of a dark purple colour. The scent is broad and complex, with aromas of black fruits that blend perfectly with notes of sweet spices and toasted. When tasted, it is velvety and full-bodied, round, with a spicy and persistent finish.

Excellent to be served with roasted meats or with a leg of lamb in the oven.
