Description

The Mediterranée Brut sparkling wine from Château de la Galinière is produced according to the traditional method in the heart of Provence.

The selection of the best plots for the harvest, characterized by not too advanced maturation, and the harvesting at night aim at the expression of maximum freshness. During the winemaking process, grape must is added to enrich the flavours, then the second fermentation in the bottle is followed by 9 months of aging on its own yeasts.

Of a pale and brilliant pink color and with a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is expressive and fruity, with notes of mandarin and grapefruit that mix with hints of white peach and a floral touch. In the mouth it is fresh, silky and harmonious, with references to citrus notes.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with fresh salads, a fish carpaccio but also marinated white meats cooked on the grill.
