Description

Bovale comes from one of the still uncontaminated areas of Sardinia, in a place happily exposed to the wind, hence the name of the Su'Entu winery, a key element for achieving optimal ripening of the bunches.

The harvest is manual and the grapes are harvested in a wooden box in the second ten days of September. Fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C and macerated for 7 days. The maturation takes place in barriques and tonneaux of 1st and 2nd passage for 12 months and ages for at least 2 months in bottle.

Its purplish red color shines in the glass, almost to be eaten with the eyes. The nose is intense, with its notes of fruit in alcohol: on the palate it is warm, enveloping, with fleshy tannins and an excellent nose-palate correspondence.

Its splendid organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany any meat-based dish, especially medium rare and medium-cooked.
