Description
Su'Entu, which in Sardinian dialect means "the wind", is a winery immersed in unspoiled Sardinia, in an area where the wind is the characterizing element and which, together with a favorable exposure to the sun, favors the optimal ripening of the grapes. Su'Aro is a decidedly fragrant and aromatic white, obtained from a blend of local white grapes.
The harvest is manual and takes place in early September. The pressing and soft pressing of the bunches is followed by decanting of the must and fermentation at a temperature of 16 ° C in steel. It matures in steel for at least 5 months on its lees.
It radiates the glass with its intense straw yellow color and its golden reflections. The nose is complex but immediate, with its aromas of honey and yellow flowers. The taste is captivating, pleasantly fresh and mineral, long-flavored.
It is a versatile wine like few others: it marries all fish dishes admirably and is excellent as an aperitif. A must try with a juicy pineapple duck.
