Description
Directly from the "Middle Earth", in a continent with simply heavenly panoramas, the vineyards from which the wines of Waipara Hills originate are lost in sight among the mountains that gently slope towards the hills of the New Zealand South Island, and offer complex, rich fruits with character.
This is the origin of this 100% vinified Sauvignon Blanc which, after fermentation, rests for a few months in steel tanks.
Lively, frank, exuberant: it has a pale straw yellow color, with reflections that tend to greenish. It envelops the nose with clear hints of tropical fruits, maracuja, lime, and aromatic herbs, leaving a fresh, crunchy, savory sip, rich in fruit and citrus. Pleasantly invigorating.
It is a wine that marries wonderfully a dinner based on Asian dishes as well as all spiced cuisine: try it with octopus curry and potatoes!
