Description

Pinot Noir The Cloud Factory Boutinot is produced in New Zealand in the Marlborough region from 100% grapes.

The grapes come from vineyards located in the Rapaura areas where pebbly soils and Omaka with an abundance of clayey soils prevail. The harvest takes place between March and April, and each parcel is vinified separately. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the cellar and ferment in open vats with daily pumping over. After pressing, the wine ages in steel and oak, carrying out the malolactic fermentation at the same time.

Of medium intensity ruby red color, it has notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry offering an intense and direct range of aromas. On the palate it maintains freshness and density, resulting in a very enveloping overall and presenting a medium-long finish.

Ideal to accompany duck, vegetable tempura and salads with seeds.
