Description

The Pinot Noir of Cloudy Bay is born in vineyards located in the Marlborough region, an area with a high wine vocation of the extraordinary panorama of the far north of New Zealand.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 32 ° C for about 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 12 months, before being bottled. Cloudy Bay wines represent the very essence of the Marlborough terroir.

This Pinot Noir is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a rich bouquet, with hints of plum and cherry, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of leather. On the palate it has a pleasantly intense structure, with delicate and well integrated tannins.

Perfect to accompany red meats and roasts, it is ideal in combination with first courses.
