Description
The Maremma Toscana Rosso Mandriolo of Cantine Moris is born in vineyards located between the hills and the sea, in the splendid landscape of the Tuscan Maremma.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested between the second and third week of September. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with two pumping over per day for a maceration period of 15 days. The wine is bottled after 3 months, without passing through the wood.
Rosso Mandriolo is characterized by a delicate and bright red colour. The aroma is intense, enriched with pleasant, delicate notes of red fruit. On the palate, it gives a pleasant sensation of freshness and softness.
Perfect in combination with stewed meats and roasts, it is ideal to accompany game-based recipes.
