Description

The Maremma Toscana Riserva Vesper by Tenuta Moraia, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes, is an oenological jewel of the Tuscan Maremma, a unique territory where the upper layer of grey, blue and red clays, intertwined with limestone conglomerates, provides an ideal habitat for the expression of the grape varieties of which it is made. The name Vesper , which recalls the vermilion color of the sunset, is a tribute to the beauty and tranquility of vespers in Maremma.

The alcoholic fermentation involves maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of maximum 28°C. The varieties are then mixed, once fermentation is complete, to give life to this refined blend.

Visually, the wine presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of myrtle and black cherry emerge, enriched by notes of cocoa and hints of coffee, creating a complex and inviting bouquet. In the mouth, the fruity profile is combined with a velvety softness, with silky and elegant tannins that lead towards a long and harmonious finish.

Particularly suitable in combination with intense dishes, such as game and mature cheeses, where its complexity and structure can be fully appreciated.
