Description
The Maremma Toscana Bianco di Rocca di Frassinello was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Gavorrano, in the province of Grosseto.
It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested by hand. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers on the fine lees for 10 months and 4 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.
It has a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with floral aromas with citrus notes. In the mouth it is structured, sapid and with good persistence.
Perfect with savory fish appetizers and seafood cuisine.
