Marche Passerina IGT Vigor 2024 Umani Ronchi

Marche Passerina Vigor by Umani Ronchi was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Adriatic coast.

It is produced exclusively with Passerina grapes, harvested by hand from the end of August to the end of September. This typical vine of the Adriatic coast, the Passerina, is so defined both for the small size of the grapes and for the marked predilection that sparrows show for its grapes, characterized by a particularly tasty pulp. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C for about 8-10 days.

Vigor is characterized by a yellow color with golden hues. The nose opens with intense aromas of wild flowers, enriched with pleasant aromas of yellow pulp fruit such as peach and apricot. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and pleasantly soft. The wine has a dry and intensely fruity finish.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with first courses, soups and white meats.
