Description

The Marche Rosato A Pois by Fontezoppa is obtained entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from vineyards located on medium-textured soils exposed to the south-east and cultivated organically.

The harvest takes place exclusively by hand. This is followed by white vinification with very short contact with the skins and maturation in steel, aimed at preserving its fruit and freshness characteristics.

It has a pale and lively pink color, offering the nose a pleasant bouquet of wild strawberries, with subtle nuances of pink grapefruit and pomegranate. The sip is fresh and fruity, characterized by delicate tannin and intense flavor which contribute to an excellent balance, culminating in a pleasant and persistent finish.

It pairs beautifully with appetizers and light fish or white meat dishes. To try with a good Margherita pizza.
