Description

Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco Rosetta di Bava is produced with the bunches of the unique Malvasia di Schierano variety which expresses rose scents by already smelling its well-ripe bunches in the plant.

After a short cold maceration, the must obtained by pressing is always left to settle at a controlled low temperature. Fermentation then takes place in steel vats even a few months after the harvest.

Intense cherry red in color and with a delicate and minute perlage, it offers pleasant and enveloping hints of wild rose and strawberry to the nose. In the mouth it is balanced and rightly sweet, with barely present tannins that give a greater pleasantness to the drink.

Exceptional to serve with fruit and all pastries, it can be the perfect aperitif for a pool party.

The label shows a stylized dog rose that reflects its primary aroma.
