Description
The Malbec of the Cauco di Andeluna line was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Uco Valley, in the renowned Argentine wine region of Mendoza.
It is obtained from 100% Malbec grapes, harvested entirely by hand with careful selection of the bunches. After a short maceration at low temperature, fermentation takes place, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in French oak barriques and for another 3 months in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
It has an intense purple-red colour. It is expressed on the nose with floral notes of violet, followed by fruity hints of red plum and strawberry. On the palate it is fresh, soft and harmonious.
Ideal to serve with lamb-based dishes, this red wine is perfect to accompany all red meat-based dishes.
