Description

The Mâcon-Villages Au Poirier Chanin of Domaine Pierre Boisson comes from the vineyards of the plot of the same name, set in the heart of Meursault, in a unique terroir that it manages to express with finesse and authenticity.

The vinification of only Chardonnay grapes takes place in the traditional way inside stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The refinement takes place for a long time in first and second passage oak barrels.

It appears straw yellow in color with golden reflections. On the nose it is delicate and fragrant, with an aromatic bouquet centered on citrus and pear notes. In the mouth the wine expresses great depth and perfect balance which culminates in a persistent and markedly mineral finish.

Excellent to pair with grilled white meats, first courses and vegetarian recipes.
