Description

Hey Malbec! by Matías Riccitelli is a red wine produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The Malbec grapes come from vineyards located at different altitudes, which contribute to giving the wine freshness and structure. The vineyards are managed following sustainable practices, without the use of herbicides or systemic products, respecting the terroir and the environment.

The grapes are hand-picked and transferred to the cellar, where they ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, developing complex aromas and a balanced structure. This winemaking process allows the freshness of the fruit to be preserved, balanced with the elegance conferred by aging in wood.

On the nose it offers a fruity bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, accompanied by hints of sweet spices and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and round, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant and persistent finish, making it a versatile and accessible wine.

This red wine pairs perfectly with grilled meat dishes, pasta with rich sauces or mature cheeses.
