Description

La Musina is a white wine from the Sartori company, a Venetian winery that has been producing wines in Valpolicella for generations. The vineyards are located in the heart of the Lugana area on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda and rest on calcareous-clayey soils of morainic origin.

The grapes undergo a soft pressing, then the must is vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place partly in steel tanks, the rest in concrete tanks.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose opens on notes of white pulp fruit, peach and plum, with aromas of wild flowers. The sip is fresh and savory.

Ideal in combination with fish or white meat appetizers, risotto and fish.
