Description

This Lugana by Domini Veneti originates within the appellation of the same name, located on the southern shore of Lake Garda, between the provinces of Brescia and Verona.

The 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, then sent to fermentation without skins at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. Ages for a few months in steel containers.

It has a straw yellow color. Its scent recalls white-fleshed fruit and white petal floral notes including hibiscus and hydrangea. Full-bodied and harmonious, a clear and distinctive freshness emerges in the mouth.

Suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany lake fish and first courses based on vegetables typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
